Araya de la Universidad Andrés Bello presenta “Conformal regularisation of AdS gravity with applications to holographic entanglement entropy” desde las 14:30 hrs. en la Sala 208 del Instituto de Física PUCV.
Dejamos el abstract de la presentación:
I will discuss the conformal renormalization procedure, which cancels volume and area divergences in AdS gravity, and explain how it was used to renormalize the AdS gravity action in 4D and 6D. I will how how finite free energy and asymptotic charges for the topological black hole in AdS6 were obtained, for arbitrary transverse sections (including non-conformally flat ones). Then, I will show the application of the same prescription to the case of codimension-2 energy functional defined over boundary-anchored hypersurfaces, recovering the finite part of the holographic entanglement entropy, and quantum information measures.
