CosmoSur VIII

Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Universidad de Valparaíso will host CosmoSur VIII, the eighth edition of the biennial Cosmology and Gravitation in the Southern Cone meeting.

CosmoSur aims to strengthen collaboration among South American researchers working mainly in cosmology, gravitation, and astronomy. The meeting provides a space where different research groups can present their work, exchange ideas, and develop collaborations. It also promotes the training of students and early-career researchers by facilitating direct interaction with scientists from across Latin America.

A distinctive aspect of CosmoSur is the close interaction between theoretical and observational communities, bringing together astronomers and physicists working on different aspects of cosmology, gravity, and astrophysics. The conference program will consist of invited talks, contributed presentations, and poster sessions.
